Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

In this role you will be working with AP Team on daily accounting duties and month-end closing activities of various reporting units. 

Your responsibilities: 
  • Processing documents in VIM on various exceptions for various units. 
  • Posting of IC invoices. 
  • Closing of AP books and completing AP account reconciliation. 
  • Preparing automatic and manual payments; Performing intercompany payables process including netting and vendor account reconciliation. 
  • GRiR analyses. 
  • Bank data confirmation process in English / German. 
  • Taking part in RPA initiatives.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 2-3 years in similar position.
  • Very good knowledge of English and German.
  • Knowledge of SAP, VIM or similar system would be an asset.
  • At least bachelor degree in Economics or similar area.
  • Numerical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines and attention to details.
