 Roles & Responsibilities :

• Month end activities and data integrity, posting of month end adjustments/accruals/other Journal entries, validation errors and submission of financial data in Hyperion Reporting System.
• Ledger scrutiny and analysis with resolution Fixed asset Accounting (Creation, Disposal, Modifications, Depreciation, Reconciliation)
• Reconciliation- Bank, Prepayments, Accruals, Provisions, AP, AR, Inter Company recons.
• General Ledger account maintenance, MIS.
• Operational Excellence through Process documentation, Process Quality Initiatives,Business communication, SOX compliance for related activities.

Experience : 3 to 6 years

Qualification : B. Com/M.com/ CA

Technical skills :

• SAP working knowledge
• Accounting fundamentals
• Basic MS Word & advance Excel knowledge
• Languages: fluent in English (written and spoken)

Soft Skills : Team player, Good communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) and interpersonal skills, Quick learner Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines within a multi-cultural, international environment

Prior Experience :

• Journal Entry preparation and posting.
• Fixed Asset process understanding.
• Has been doing Reconciliation- Bank, Prepayments, Accruals, Provisions independently.
• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
• Ledger scrutiny.
