Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

The IT Project Communication Specialist is responsible for managing the creation and production of METTLER TOLEDO business facing and Digital Business Services Department internal communication deliverables including newsletters, IT alerts, website content, and other projects. 

Your role: 
  • Focus on adoption of our digital solutions. 
  • Plan, prepare and execute IT project communication.
  • Manage creation and execution of communication deliverables materials such as newsletters, release notes, web content. 
  • Work directly with internal teams to develop, track and maintain communication project plans and deliverables; communicate on project milestones, prepare and distribute regular newsletters. 
  • Contribute to developing our key messages, and creating and maintaining consistent language and templates across all communication tools and channels.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Around 4 years of proven experience in IT project communications.
  • Internal communications experience within a multi-national company.
  • Excellent English is a must.
  • Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Collaborative, proactive, creative, can-do attitude, results & deadline oriented.
  • At least bachelor's degree preferably in English field or Communications.
  • Eligibility to work in Poland.
  • Basic skills in Photoshop or InDesign would be a plus.
