Customer Care Specialist

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

The Customer Care department is searching for a Customer Care Specialist to coordinate internal and external customer interactions.  This position will support the Customer Care and Supply Chain departments with administrative tasks such as quoting, order entry, invoicing and customer inventory coordination.  Responsibilities will include:
  • Timely and accurately process customer orders by entering necessary data into SAP CRM
  • Coordinate inventory requirements with the Supply Chain Management department
  • Prepare accurate and timely quotes in SAP for custom and standard products based on customer requirements/RFQs in support of the sales team, as needed
  • Maintain customer files (paid invoices, closed sales orders, etc.)
  • Initiate invoices for product and services in SAP and distribute to the customer, as needed
  • Follow up with customers for return of product on RMAs/Trade-ins
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by Customer Care Manager and Operations Manager

What You Need to Succeed

  • High School diploma or GED; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • One to three (1–3) years of administrative experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and InfoPath)
  • Experience with SAP (highly preferred)
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team setting
  • Excellent organizational skills and must be detail-oriented
  • Experience working with international business colleagues is ideal
  • Flexibility and willingness to work overtime as needed
  • Monday – Friday Staggered shifts between 7:00AM – 6:00PM
