Customer Services' Manager

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

  • Manage high profile and complex sales / spares orders working with both Market Managers (MM), Customer Engineering and Supply Chain.
  • Manage demo stock ensuring availability of new products for exhibitions / trials whilst keeping to demonstration stock budget level.
  • Produce regular sales / spares reports to Head of Operations and /or General Manager
  • Manage and monitor pricing discounting with Marketing Organization (MO) / Non-MT Distributor
  • Work closely with all departments to ensure monthly Outlook sales / spares are met.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain to ensure on time delivery of machines
  • Work closely with Engineering to ensure correct product positioning / value proposition.
  • Ensure working methods aligned with SAP.
  • Manage the sales / spares information
  • Assume 'Power user' status for SAP and work to improve sales / spares processes to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure close working with financial team to ensure financial tasks are completed in timely manner for weekly, monthly and quarterly activities.
  • Attend and report on KPIs for sales / spares function.
  • Any other reasonable duties as instructed by your Line Manager.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Experience working as a Customer Services' Manager previously
  • Customer focussed mentality
  • Passionate about motivating, developing and training teams
  • Experienced in change management
  • Project Management experience
  • A good understanding of engineering principles
