The Inside Sales Coordinator role proactively supports our Field Sales Reps with the aim of increasing their sales efficiency and revenue target.
We will teach you to become an expert in our products and through your excellent relationship building you will be a trusted advisor to our customers. Our customers are at the very heart of what we do and so it is important to us that excellent customer service is at the forefront of everything we do.
The key responsibilities for this role are:
Creation of quotations sent to customer in a timely manner
Capturing of accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
Outbound prospecting calls to set up sales visits for the field sales team
The follow up of mid to low value quotes for division
What You Need to Succeed
We are looking for a good flexible team player with a strong customer focus
You should be PC literate, self-motivated and be able to work under pressure and on your own initiative.
A large part of this role will be generating quotations for customers so experience in this or a similar role would be ideal.
You should have experience of working within a call centre / customer service environment
You should possess excellent organisational skills and communication skills on all levels
Your experience of Excel spreadsheets and using a CRM system to input data accurately will be invaluable.
You will need experience of making ‘business to business’ outbound sales calls to external customers and ‘nurturing’ sales leads and be used to working towards and achieving set targets.
