Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

The Marketing Team of the Laboratory Weighing business unit is in charge of planning and executing global marketing activities. By implementing our strategy to strengthen our creative third party campaign and social media marketing capabilities with clear responsibilities in our team located in the Shared Business Center in Warsaw we are looking for a creative, well-organized and communicative Marketing Campaign Specialist to drive and manage the following activities: 

  • Develop marketing campaign ideas and collaterals in close cooperation with business partners.
  • Plan, lead and implement marketing campaigns for different marketing channels, with a strong focus on 3rd party and social media campaigns.
  • Work closely together with video expert on generation of video scripts as part of the content creation. Visualize ideas through motion and pictures.
  • Create key visuals with internal or external layouters and summarize campaign ideas in key messages.
  • Develop sales and support-related documentation and tools and deploy them worldwide.
  • Track the successful campaign execution, provide evaluations and communicate to management.
  • Communicate, cooperate with and support Mettler-Toledo product organization, market organizations and partners worldwide.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Marketing degree with experience in scientific / technical B2B marketing or Scientific background with further education in marketing. 
  • Experience in digital marketing and strong campaign management skills in B2B environment.
  • Hands-on experience in B2B social media marketing (LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube).
  • Excellent English.
  • Experience in creation of compelling marketing material, including writing campaign messages and online content.
  • Very good knowledge of social media channels for B2B marketing.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design.
  • Ability to understand and express complex concepts in simple words and visuals.
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Readiness to travel (up to 10%, if the international situation permits).

  • Experience in marketing of lab products or precision instruments.
  • Experience in working in an international environment.
  • Experience in creating marketing videos.
