Administration Specialist with German

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

  • Entering purchase orders into SAP in an efficient and accurate way.
  • Ensuring database integrity by validating and correcting data stored into SAP.
  • Sorting out order related queries and obstacles internally and externally.
  • Processing corrective actions (invoice corrections, returns etc.).
  • Delivering customer service to end customers via email and telephone.
  • Being part of the continuous improvements society by identifying areas for process improvement and fulfilling improvement projects.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Very good knowledge of German.
  • Previous experience on similar position would be an asset.
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Very good MS Office skills.
  • Strong focus to details.
  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Knowledge of SAP would be an asset.
