Sales Order Processing Coordinator

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

The main purpose of this role is to provide world class customer support of live sales orders. Professionally engage with customers by actively responding to queries and requests to fully exceed their expectations/ 

The key responsibilities of this role are:
  • Sales Order administration
  • Customer Liaison
  • Goods Dispatch Administration
  • KPI reporting 

What You Need to Succeed

  • Experience in a similar customer support role
  • Professional with all internal and external customers
  • Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
  • Can effectively prioritise tasks
  • Experience working on SAP and with all Microsoft packages
