- Achieve Net Sales, AR targets, Activity targets and LTO on monthly/quarterly and yearly basis.
- Achieve activities goals as per guidelines (Demo/e Demo, Seminar/e Seminar, Customer visits, Webinar for target accounts and generate leads.
- Value sell by leveraging high quality sales tools and convert marketing leads.
- Ensure timely response to marketing leads.
- Timely response to OEMs/customers
- Timely and complete data entry in CRM (Activities, opportunities, Leads, Won/Lost orders.
- Daily/ Weekly reporting on Tele sales activities.
- Work with service team to brick wall all accounts and monitor/improve customer satisfaction.
- Needs to coordinate with other departments for Technical / support functions.
- Must possess good communication/presentation skills in English and Local language.
- Must possess good business acumen. Should be self-motivated, Proactive & goal oriented.
