- Maintenance of customer & material master data in SAP CRM.
- Customer and material master data creation, update, and archiving.
- Quality checks and relevant corrections of master data objects.
- Generation of reports and dashboards using PowerBI.
- Support of customer transition projects.
- Set up tickets for mass and single changes via ServiceNow.
- Participation in Data Governance initiatives.
- At least 1 year of experience in data maintenance.
- Knowledge of data management tools (CRM / CCT / SAP MDG).
- Very good MS Excel skills.
- Fluency in English (min. B2 level).
- Knowledge of German will be an asset.
- Strong detail orientation and quality focus.
