We are currently looking for a Field Service Technician to join our Pipettes team!

What will you do?  

  • Routine service and/or calibration of customer instruments to ensure maximum uptime and full compliance for customers
  • Adhere to all Mettler Toledo Quality and Health and Safety procedures to ensure safe, consistent work
  • Successfully complete an annual calibration competency test for a range of pipettes to ensure ongoing competence and compliance
  • Complete and submit paperwork in a timely manner
  • Responsible for Maintaining stock levels of service items and spare parts

What You Need to Succeed

  • Practical/technical background preferably in a laboratory-related environment, but this is not essential as full training will be given.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical details for non-technical people
  • Ability to manage your own time well to deliver class-leading service to our customers
  • Self-starting and able to work alone
  • Field Based experience
  • Attention to detail and high level of working standards
  • Ability to work away from home if required
