Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Mettler Toledo is seeking to hire a Marketing Specialist to join our Canadian Marketing Team. As a Marketing Specialist you will be focusing on our full portfolio of products and services. seeking to contribute with value-added marketing programs, with the expectation to differentiate our organization, contribute to lead and revenue growth, as well as improve our market share.

This is a temporary fixed term contract for 8 weeks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Support the business plan for our market
Support the execution of selected campaigns to support field organization
Outreach to our customers to provide courtesy calls and provide information or collect information
Stay engaged with the team to provide feedback on success of initiatives
Provide proactive communication within our teams as well as our field sales and service channels
Support projects that will help the Canadian organization continually grow
Other duties and tasks as assigned

What You Need to Succeed

Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in a call center environment making outbound calls
Must be a bilingual in French and English
Computer experience and a functional understanding of MS Office is highly desired
Must be a self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
Should enjoy making outbound calls and talking to customers
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
