- Provide end-to-end project management including success measurement & project reviews.
- Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress.
- Give active feedback to line management about business requirements in markets of the Asia Pacific region.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects.
- Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met.
- Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks.
- Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects.
- Exchange and engage with other project managers of the Group's eCom department in headquarters to increase project management excellence.
- Detailed oriented
- Min. 1 – 2 years project management experience.
- Experience in agile project management methodology is a plus
- Bridge between global program managers, tech developers & marketing teams in the region.
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to communicate with a wide set of stakeholders from operations staff to management.
- Very good English language skills (written and oral) are required.
- Openness to work in a diverse and cross-cultural team
- Interest in digital innovation and keeps abreast of the latest developments.
- Ability to travel (up to 10% of work time)
