Group Marketing and Group Communications Project Manager

The Group Marcom Team and Group (Corporate) Communications Team are responsible to protect and reinforce the METTLER TOLEDO brand through managing corporate design, messaging, and projects respectively – across a variety of channels and platforms. 

The Group Marketing and Group Communications Project Manager will play a vital role in strengthening the METTLER TOLEDO brand and digitalization efforts, ensuring the company remains competitive in an increasingly digital world. This role will strengthen our Group Marcom Team as well as our Group Communications Team at our Global Headquarters in Greifensee, Switzerland.Group Marketing and Group Communications Project Manager 100% (all genders).

In this role, your responsibilities include: 
  • You lead and oversee assigned Group Marcom, Group Communications,  Cross-Divisional marketing projects for METTLER TOLEDO, you ensure quality control, effective stakeholder management, and adherence to timelines.
  • You spearhead the Data Asset Management program, ensure efficient handling and utilization of the “Picture Park” Tool across the organization, while improving user experience.
  • You pilot, deploy, and manage the Digital Brand Awareness Program for METTLER TOLEDO, drive brand recognition and engagement through innovative digital strategies.
  • You lead and champion projects related to the Group Digitalization Strategy, foster a culture of digital innovation and transformation.
  • You administer, activate, and coordinate assigned cross-functional Group Communication projects, enhancing employee engagement and reinforcing key company cultural pillars. Supports key Group (corporate)-level programs, such as the METTLER TOLEDO Employer Brand and other global HR programs.
  • You facilitate seamless coordination between the Group Marcom Team and Group Communications Team, promoting synergy and unified brand messaging across all platforms.
  • You identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing and communication efforts.
  • You collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement digitalization initiatives and ensure their successful integration with existing systems and processes.
  • You assist the Head of Group Marcom and LAB Marketing with the preparation of presentations for various internal stakeholders and meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment with strategic goals.
  • You monitor and evaluate project progress, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and consistency

What You Need to Succeed

Following requirements are necessary for this role: 
  • You hold at least a bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing, specialized in branding or brand building with a minimum of 3 years of work experience in project management.
  • You have a strong understanding of project management theory and best practices.
  • You have excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
  • You possess superior analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • You have exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • You have proven experience working in a matrix organization, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • You have the ability to work under tight due dates and prioritize multiple tasks and deliverables. 
  • You are a self-motivated, dynamic, and creative team player with outstanding relationship, time, and project management skills.
  • You are highly professional with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Excellent oral and written English skills.
