- Guide the delivery team on how to use the relevant agile practices and methodology based on the context of the situation with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
- Oversee delivery and coach the team; facilitate transparency, inspection and adaption.
- Help the team to âfail fastâ using data to build learning. You will be an active participant and facilitator of important team activities retrospectives)
- Nurture and inspire the team to take responsibility for their delivery process and the outcomes they deliver.
- Create a supportive and trusting environment to support full team engagement. Foster close cooperation and communication across all team members; encourage cross-training and team support.
- Manage interdependencies between delivery teams (Internal and External).
- Work closely with the Product Owner to support short and long-term planning and to prioritize deliverables on an ongoing basis.
- Define team objectives and key results (OKRâs), oversee delivery against these and team KPIâs, hold the team accountable for achieving, taking required action to drive team performance.
- Anticipate and address potential or actual impediments to team delivery and shield the team from external interference to enable optimal functionality and productivity.
- Evolve agile and lean techniques through the practice of continuous improvement.
- At least 1 year of experience gained as Scrum Master;
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken), being used to communicating in business English, as well to work with variety of different nationalities;
- Knowledge of:
- ERP system (eg. SAP implementation, transport management and cutover experience),
- PI Planning,
- LEAN management,
- Practical knowledge of SAFe;
- Open and trustworthy personality â can easily communicate to different seniority levels;
- Change and conflict management skills;
- Attention to detail, shows initiative and follows-through;
- CSM/PSM/CLP certification.
