Responsibilities:
- Selling of the Matchar&Autochem Division’s complete range of products directly to the customers( DSC,TGA,DMA,ReactIR, easymax,optimax).
- To achieve sales target, profitability and cost objectives for the assigned territory in consultation with the Regional Manager.
- Continually monitoring sales performance to ensure all customer orders are realized internally and delivered in line with customer expectations.
- Timely collection of payments, ‘C’ forms, etc. as per the sales contract from time to time.
- To ensure the collections on sales within the company norms of Days Outstanding.
- Development of New customer accounts. Generate new leads by identifying opportunities, promoting the interests of the MTIN products.
- Maintaining and updating customer information and leads management into CRM.
- To coordinate with service engineers to attend installations, routine maintenance and breakdowns.
- To interact with customers, understand the needs and positioning of the products of the company as per his requirements/applications.
- Building good customer relationship on long term basis.
