Engineering Intern

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Summary: Under general supervision, is responsible for performing various activities in support transformation of the organization. Assist Engineering projects that can support design and development of industrial machinery or improve internal operational efficiency. Work with Supply Chain teams to analyze data and support decisions that better drive efficient processes. Support production initiatives that drive continuous improvement in line development and manufacturing. Work on projects that support our globalization initiatives. 

Role/Purpose:
Under supervision, will be responsible for supporting the Business Transformation team in the execution of key projects identified to support operational excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Execution of daily tasks that support projects aimed to improve the efficiency of our Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, and/ or Production teams
  • Maintains highest achievable 5S ratings throughout all areas of responsibility
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned

This position is considered safety sensitive and is subject to drug testing as permitted by law.


Minimum Education / Experience Required:
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering Discipline with at least 48 hours of coursework completed

Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with reading and interpreting electrical schematics
Microsoft Office proficient
