- Contact customers regarding the settlement of overdue receivables in different languages (English and German),
- Attaching emails in SAP,
- Checking if the customer’s orders have been released,
- Daily contact with the customers to clear their accounts and solve the problems,
- Processing emails on generic mailboxes,
- Daily contact with different business areas.
- Proficiency in German and English (min. B2),
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field,
- Numerical and analytical skills,
- Proficiency in self-managing tasks and consistently completing them within established timeframes,
- Attention to details,
- Good communication skills.
