Segment Marketing Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Segment Marketing Manager for the Chemical and Metals, Plastics and Electronic (MPE) components segment, to join our dynamic marketing team. This role will be instrumental in the creation of demand generating Value Content and Sales Enablement Tools for these segments. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelors Degree in Chemistry, manufacturing, engineering or related field, in addition to experience in Marketing or content creation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver high-quality value content (VC) materials promptly to support timely execution of campaigns and enable stakeholders to advance the creation process effectively.
• Provide comprehensive marketing operations (MO) support, including campaign launches, lead generation, CRM database management, sales force guidance (SFG), product launches, and booster campaigns.
• Lead the annual marketing planning process for the Chemical and MPE segment by identifying relevant customer topics and selecting or creating optimal VC content in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Plan, create, and ensure the timely availability of SFG packages to marketing operations, promoting SSPOS and cross-selling initiatives through alignment with divisional and strategic business unit stakeholders to enhance customer engagement.
• Support innovation product launches by contributing segment expertise to ensure impactful and timely market introduction.
• Support the creation and execution of booster campaigns efficiently and analyze results to inform future strategies.
• Drive effective cross-selling by equipping marketing operations with pertinent sales tools and materials, providing coaching as needed, and collaborating with divisional colleagues to implement cross-selling strategies for both service and sales teams.
• Organize and facilitate live webinars tailored for the Chemical and MPE segments to engage and inform target audiences.

What You Need to Succeed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Marketing, or experience in either selling or marketing towards production facilities in chemical and/or metal, plastic and electronic production preferred
• Proven experience and affinity for content creation, project management and marketing processes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
• Experience working in a global matrix organization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Networking and collaborating with various stakeholders is of essence for the cross-team collaboration
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple international projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing automation tools
