- To ensure achievement of Monthly Sales Target and Collection
- Dealer Management & direct customer handling
- To Penetrate the market and create competent dealer network
- To handle all assigned VAR's independently and make them viable for LAB BA, ALL Segment business through VAR
- Value Selling (To Position product & sales – Low / Mid/High Value Equipment's)
- To generate Sales thru Lab equipment Var's, Sub-dealers, agents-from the Industry Segments (Pharma, Chemical, Food, Education, Govt Research Institutes etc.) and convert the same into Sales Order.
- Build techno/commercial competencies in the channels.
- Develop and implement stock and sale strategy. Support VAR for Lead.
- Monitor Leads on regular basis
- Manage channel sales directly and indirectly working with Dealers.
- To coordinate with dealer and MT for smooth business.
- Achieve monthly/Quarterly/Yearly business targets as per the dashboard.
- VAR Deployment (as per business demand) & VAR Development
- Partner with all stakeholders in a matrix organization for the business success.
- Drive VAR policy and ensure all VAR’s follow the MTIN policies and be adhere.
- Ensure timely disbursement of VAR commissions
- Handle all correspondence required to be made to Dealers
- Coordination with MTIN and VAR's
- Ensure VAR to achieve their targets through timely order processing and deliveries.
- Develop promo. schemes for Dealers.
- Provide support for sales promotion activities conducted by the Dealers, road shows, seminars exhibition by providing brochures, display items etc.
- To motivate the Dealers with regular correspondence and communication through emails and telephonic calls.
- Guiding Dealer/DSA on all Company rules and regulations and policies of the company and ensuring that they are abided.
- Ensuring order booking as per company terms and conditions with proper order processing documents.
- The support provided should be such that a respectable and trustworthy image in created about the Company, in the minds to Dealers / DSAs.
- Qualifications and Technical Skills: M.Sc. / B.Sc. / Degree / Diploma in Engineering. (Chemical / Electronics / Instrumentation), MBA-Sales & Marketing Overall and Specific Experience: 3-5 years of exp. in selling Equipment's, Instruments or equivalent. Dealer management Experience will be preferred. SAP Exposure desirable
