Customer Service Specialist, Temporary

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Principal contact for customer requests for product returns for calibration and repair.. Provide Quotes and RMA numbers. Interface directly with internal and external customers via Interaction Center email.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process customer quotations for repair and calibration in CRM.
  • Create RMA numbers once customer provides purchase order.
  • Send return information to customers to include decontamination forms.
  • Reply to emails in shared service inbox in timely manner.
  • Transact RMA shipments in CRM on daily basis and send shipping rack to logistics to process
  • Assist in answering department phones to help resolve customer issues
  • Other duties may be assigned.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 1-3 years of Customer Service experience in an office/call center environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications and data entry. SAP order entry and CRM experience a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to learn quickly and respond accurately.
  • Able to resolve problems through interaction with other departments.
  • Able to handle steady volume of incoming requests with professionalism and a positive attitude.
