Join our international sales team and manage our sales operations remotely from our Barcelona office by closely supporting our network of selected global distributors and partners located in
North Africa.
In this role, you will focus on Mettler Toledo’s laboratory solutions, including laboratory balances, moisture analysis solutions, pH instruments, titrators, densimeters and refractometers, among others. Our global distributors and partners operate in the pharmaceutical, food & beverage, and engineering sectors.
Your responsibilities will include providing product information, recommending the best technical solutions, creating and following up on pricing quotes, and supporting our distributors/partners throughout the sales cycle.
This role is ideal for you if:
• You are eager to strengthen your customer service/support experience and aim to become a sales representative within international markets. You will start by remotely managing our distributors/selected partners in North Africa: Moroco, Algeria, Tunisia, Cote D'Iviore and Nigeria) from the office, allowing you to engage, learn, and develop into an international sales role.
• You are an experienced international sales professional looking to reduce travel and work remotely, providing technical advice and support to our esteemed distributors/partners.
In this role you're up to:
• Review distributor/partner requests for divisional product portfolios and specify technical solutions that align with requirements, considering the best technical and cost alternatives.
• Conduct remote meetings (online/phone) with distributors/partners, support them with remote e-demos, arrange training sessions, and coordinate similar activities.
• Ensure the correct technical solution and pricing are maintained for projects before they are entered as orders in our system.
• Monitor that distributors/partners maintain an adequate level of technical knowledge on products/solutions and coordinate appropriate training when necessary.
• Support distributors/partners in improving the sales process and increasing conversion rates by sharing technical documentation and sales tools.
• Assist in organizing webinars, partner/distributor presentations, lead generation, and cross-selling activities.
