- Proactive sales of products, accessories and associated services via phone and electronic media (e-mails, chat, webinar) to a defined list of dedicated target accounts (B2B).
- Management of inbound demands (leads) from their dedicated target accounts.
- Handle leads from various marketing channels and respond to prospective customers in time.
- Interact with prospective customers, understand their needs and position/propose suitable products.
- Ensure proactive sharing of necessary information with prospective customers, build sales case, with an ultimate goal of winning the orders.
- Enter all details related to leads in CRM and prepare and submit quotes.
- Conduct demos using IT tools.
- Achieve/exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets of assigned products from dedicated set of customers.
- Collaborate with field sales team wherever needed.
- Identify cross selling opportunities while interacting with customers.
- Update/Maintain/manage customer information and leads to order cycle in CRM
- Payment Collection. Build good customer relationship. Quarterly visits to key customers.
- Effective nurturing of leads; building relationships by conducting ongoing, informative dialog that helps qualified prospects who are not yet sales-ready.
- Move each lead to the next step in the sales cycle at the appropriate time and ultimately close the sale.
- Prepare relevant reports and share in a timely manner
- Ensure all business is conducted as per MT code of conduct.
