- Process service orders efficiently in SAP, ensuring quality and completeness of technician reports,
- Manage invoicing for services, repairs, and installations to guarantee timely and accurate billing,
- Maintain customer and device data in CRM based on inputs from technicians and customers,
- Collaborate with business partners across supported countries,
- Ensure high-quality, professional daily service activities within agreed KPIs,
- Handle complete and timely electronic archiving of all relevant documents,
- Prepare service administration statistics and reports.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in Backoffice roles📩,
- Very good command of English (min. B2),
- Good knowledge of Spanish (B1/B2 level),
- Strong skills in MS Office,
- Quick learner with excellent attention to detail🔎,
- High customer focus, ensuring service quality and timely delivery.
