- Intake meeting: gather requirements from the Hiring Managers.
- Recruit with “Avature”, our innovative ATS.
- Set up an efficient recruitment strategy.
- Job advertisement: jobads, jobboards, Linkedin & other social media.
- Sourcing of candidates.
- Selection of the right applicants.
- Participating in recruitment interviews and coordination of the different stages of the process.
- Participate in preparing an adequate remuneration package.
- Extending the offer to candidate, including negotiations.
- Internal & external TA communication, including promoting internal recruitment.
- Participate in the onboarding of new hires.
- Participate in training & development process.
- Employer branding activities, to support the METTLER TOLEDO brand.
- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition / recruitment,
- Fluent English language (both written & spoken),
- Good interpersonal, communication skills and diplomacy,
- Well organized team player,
- Discrete, as you will be working with HR data.
- Knowledge of Swedish language.
