- Responsibilities:
- To handle all assigned Key-Accounts and Key Segments in the defined territory
- Value Selling (To Position sales – Mid/High Value Capital Equipment's)
- To generate Sales lead from the Industry Segments (Food, Pharma, Chemical, OEM's) and convert the same into Sales Order.
- To ensure the collections on Receivable Management.
- To ensure the feasibility study of requirements, define right scope by working closely with key stake holders internally and externally
- To coordinate with customer support engineers to attend installations, routine maintenance and breakdowns.
- Key Behavioral Attributes:
- Should be good at relationship management and have excellent selling skills.
- Must possess good communication skills in English and Local language.
- Be good at interpersonal skills and proactive in customer visit
- Basic computer knowledge, experience in SAP, CRM
- Market Knowledge of Eastern India and Bangladesh
- Qualifications and Technical Skills:Degree / Diploma in Engg. (Electronics / Instrumentation/Industrial Electronics / Mechanical etc).
- Overall and Specific Experience: Must have 5 to 8 years of experience in frontline selling of packaging/ printing/ inspection & processing machinery in food & pharma segment / industrial products in the local markets. SAP / CRM Exposure mandatory
