Field Sales Representative Laboratory Division in South Poland (all genders)

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

As a Field Sales Representative LAB (all genders) you will play a crucial role in delivering expertise and value-driven solutions to customers within the laboratory market. Your main objective will be to exceed regional sales targets by leveraging your deep product knowledge, application expertise, and sales skills. 

This role requires travel within the South Poland territory.

Your Role
  • Drive sales growth by effectively positioning our Laboratory products (balances, density meters, refractometers, titrators, UV VIS spectrophotometers, and more),
  • Identify and engage High Potential Accounts aligned with strategic goals,
  • Build lasting relationships with key stakeholders,
  • Manage your sales pipeline with clear communication and follow-through,
  • Reporting and planning of activities in the CRM system,
  • Continuously enhance your skills and professionalism,
  • Exhibit self-motivation, enthusiasm, and dedication to quality.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related technical field is a must, 
  • Intermediate English proficiency or higher (min B2),
  • Proactive, agile mindset with a "can-do" attitude, 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, 
  • Proficient with MS Office; CRM and SAP experience is an advantage, 
  • Valid driving license and solid driving skills, 
  • Experience in laboratory sales is a plus.

The recruitment process consists of the following steps:
  • CV selection – we contact selected candidates
  • Phone screening with a recruiter (approx. 15 min)
  • Initial interview with the Manager (video conference, approx. 1 hour)
  • F2F meeting in our office in Warsaw (approx. 1 hour).
