- To achieve targeted consumable sales in assigned regions through Tele Sales approach.
- Responsible for Lead Nurturing, Closure of "Hot" leads & close the sales. At the same time, keep a track of "Warm & Cold" lead and converting them for future Sales.
- Should have capability to learn technical product information which they should use to understand customer's consumable need and application to offer correct consumable and accessories.
- Management of existing database and tagging for NVC channel. Need to work upon improving quality of database by qualifying customers as well as adding new set of customers.
- Liason between the Regional sales and Service team.
- Timely collection of receivables as per MTIN guidelines.
- Interaction with Telemarketing, Database and Marcom Team , SALOGA & Commercial Team.
- Should be able to update leads into CRM and extract this data for meaningful future analytics.
- Set up a sales network the Internet & Mailers.
| Qualifications and Technical Skills: | |
| Preferably an M.Sc/B.Sc in Chemistry or Physics or Instrumentation Engineer or any technical qualification. | |
