Software Project Manager

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

As our Software Project Manager, you will lead high-impact software projects in a global, matrixed environment, ensuring alignment between product roadmap and technical delivery. Champion Agile tools and processes, manage cross-functional teams, and mitigate risks to drive project success. Additional responsibilities will include: 
  • Manage end-to-end software project lifecycle, aligning with hardware milestones. 
  • Develop and communicate project plans, schedules, and resource needs. 
  • Collaborate with Product Owners on market requirements and testing. 
  • Identify risks and improve execution velocity. 
  • Enforce engineering tools and processes; improve best practices. 
  • Handle hardware-software dependencies, bug triaging, and CI/CD challenges.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree a plus. 
  • 4+ years Agile Project Management experience; PMI or Scrum Master certification preferred. 
  • Strong technical judgment and experience with hardware/software interdependencies. 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills. 
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps; Power BI or SAP a plus. 
  • Proficient in MS Office.
