- Define and execute the strategic business plan for the Process Analytics business.
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and market share across assigned regions.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop growth initiatives within key process industries.
- Support the implementation of global business initiatives and commercial programs.
- Collaborate with other business divisions to maximize customer value and business performance.
- Develop and execute partner business plans to accelerate growth.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with distributors and channel partners.
- Drive a consultative, value-based sales approach across the organization.
- Monitor pipeline development, opportunity management, and commercial execution.
- Evaluate channel performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement improvement actions.
- Promote cross-selling opportunities across the business where appropriate.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Market Managers.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and customer value.
- Support talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure the ongoing commercial and technical development of team members.
- Own the Business Area P&L and ensure the achievement of financial targets.
- Drive profitable growth through effective pricing, margin management, and cost control.
- Manage budgets and resources efficiently while maintaining financial discipline.
- Monitor business performance and implement actions to improve profitability and operational effectiveness.
- Solid understanding of Process Analytics and industrial instrumentation, including: pH,Conductivity, Dissolved Oxygen, TOC, Turbidity, Chlorine Analysis, Chromatography, Flow, Pressure, Temperature, and Level Measurement
- Understanding of industrial manufacturing processes and instrumentation integration.
- Fluent English C1 (written and spoken).
- French is considered a strong advantage depending on assigned markets.
