Training Administrator

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

You will be in charge of coordinating, overseeing and evaluating the deployment of Global Training Programs tailored to teams in sales and service within our 40 Market Organizations (Commercial Units within MT focused on selling high quality products and providing the best service to our customers).

In this role, your responsibilities would include:
  • Act as the contact person for Market Organization to implement group training programs, 🙋🙋‍♂️
  • Oversee the training portfolio and support the roll-ins in different organization, 🔎 🚀
  • Prepare and maintain the Learning Management System to guarantee a seamless deployment and reporting, based on global standards and processes, 💻
  • Support the organization of local face to face training sessions or activities, 🎓📚
  • Provide the organization with training completion and impact reports, 📈
  • Analyze training needs and support the onboarding process of newly hired Sales Representatives and Service Technicians. 👨‍💻 👩‍💻

What You Need to Succeed

  • Previous experience in a training administration/ coordination role, preferably within an international environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural setting.
  • Advanced excel skills and being comfortable with data bases and reporting tools is a prerequisite for this opening – if you are not quite there yet, but look for a job to develop these skills, this might be interesting for you. :-)
That will be your additional asset: 
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and training methodologies.
  • Proficient user of the MS 365 suite.
