SAP Security Consultant

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

As a SAP Security Consultant you will support SAP security activities, documentation, and quality assurance processes, which will support the timely implementation of enhancements of SAP applications or technologies, roll-in, upgrade and transformation projects, whilst maintaining the highest levels of operational service in the area of SAP Security and IAM. 

You will report to the SAP Security Manager.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Design, support and implement new security roles and models.
  • Collaborate with business process owners and process teams to configure and manage SAP roles / profiles to meet business requirements.
  • Work in SAP projects and business unit roll-ins as SME for SAP Security and define and implement the required SAP roles creations, modifications, testing and assignments.
  • Adhere to segregation of duties (SoD) requirements and established Application Security policies, processes and procedures.
  • Support operations of intelligent cloud-based Identity Access Management platform.
  • Support daily operations and deploy new functionalities in area of SAP GRC Access Controls and Process Controls.
  • Support Audit tasks.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Degree in Information Technologies or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience and a good knowledge of newest SAP technologies and procedures within an international company with complex system environment on a global scale (SAP ECC / CRM / HCM / GRC / EP / PO / HANA/ SAC/ BW4Hana).
  • IAM experience or SAP GRC knowledge.
  • Knowledge in IGA Saviynt is additional advantage.
  • Good understanding of SOX compliance and SOD.
  • Knowledge of various audit and security controls.
  • Good communication skills with a high degree of independence and self-reliant way of working.
  • Ability to work in a global matrix environment.
  • Good written and spoken English (min.B2).
