The Financial Solution team (FIN) is responsible for the IT design, implementation and support the global FIN solutions and the related end-to-end FIN processes at METTLER TOLEDO. In order to strengthen our functional area, we are looking for a FIN P2P (Procurement to Pay) VIM Specialist of DBS FIN team.

• Implement, enhance and support our global FIN applications on VIM, and other relevant VIM solution/systems.
• Closely collaborate with our Solution Architect, Business Analysts and Developers in supporting daily operations as well as projects
• Analyze business requirements and transform them into working functional solutions (including related documentation, configuration and testing)
• Support the definition of template processes & solutions and the end-to-end delivery process
• Support the proper integration with China Vendor Portal and other relevant systems in order to ensure working E2E processes and data flow
• Ensure that the solutions and support delivered across the whole FIN P2P and VIM Solutions Team are aligned with the defined policies, guidelines and SLAs
• Partner with other (Scrum) teams (Security, Integration, TEC, Data Governance and ER&A as well as Finance, Sales & Marketing, Service, SCM, PLM etc.)
• Be familiar, compliant and support IT processes.
• Support and positive with new organizational or methodology changes.
• Close with all business, stakeholders, keep good relationship and efficient communication.
• Support good HTMS to serve the customer need in a high quality.
• Participates in Demo session and in other SAFe events. Focuses on customer value definition, planning, delivery and reporting.
• Builds and support Product Owner prioritize the team’s backlog
• Participates and support all VIM solution relevant projects.

i)Qualifications:

• Masters or bachelor degree in engineering, natural science or alike

ii) Working experiences:

• Minimum 5 years IT analyst experience with solutions related to VIM or Procurement to Pay  area with international exposure
• Expertise with OT VIM solution relevant products, Procurement to Pay processes, and related systems integrations
• Experience with ServiceNow and SAFe/Agile Methodology, ITIL and HTMS

iii) Professional skills:

• Independent, accurate way of working and understanding of complex processes and interdependencies combined with high problem-solving ability
• Ability to work on different topics simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, open mind, flexibility and resilience
• Team player with work experience in virtual teams
• Fluency in English, any additional language is an asset
• International travel requirements up to 10%
• Familiar with OT VIM products and relevant OCR solution, as well as archiving solution.
• Ability to keep up to date of OT VIM products updates and compatibility with other SAP and OT solutions MT use.
• Ability to learn new technologies relevant to VIM solution, for instance, SAP Edocument solution, E-invoicing topics.
• Familiar with client software which relevant to OT VIM solutions, like OT IC4SAP CE client, OT imaging viewer/webviewer, OT Enterprise Scan.
