- Serve as the primary point of contact among Marketing Organizations (MO), partners, and Strategic Business Units (SBU) engineering within production facility, Terminal SPG, and MT China to provide technical application support for Vehicle Systems products, including customized engineering solutions.
- Deliver technical training on Vehicle Systems to MO Service and partners, focusing on support for Unattended and In-Motion solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Management Team to prioritize, plan, develop, and implement product strategies, roadmaps, growth initiatives, regional pricing, product development, marketing requirements, and opportunity assessments.
- Support product sales efforts for METTLER TOLEDO Marketing Organizations and Channel Partners by creating sales tools and support materials, offering subject matter expertise and presentations, providing key project application assistance, identifying and fostering strategic partnerships, conducting product demonstrations, and delivering technical support during the pre-sales process, including responses to RFPs and RFIs.
- Manage the execution of product launch activities for new products and their associated application software, including logistics, sales, training, and service introduction; participate in quality assurance activities such as beta testing, product audits, and defect/bug tracking.
- Cultivate and sustain in-depth knowledge of the Vehicle Systems product portfolio to recommend innovative solutions and deliver application support across all responsibilities, including MOs and VEH partners in the Americas, as well as in Europe, the Middle East, and the Asia Pacific regions.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field. Communications, Marketing, Public Relations are preferred or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related role.
- Motivation, adaptability, and professional qualities to work well with sales, service, engineering and manufacturing across global POs and MOs.
- The motivation to work with MO personnel and strongly guide sales activities and initiatives to grow VEH Systems revenue.
- The ability and experience to conduct professional meetings with customers and prospects by displaying technical expertise and presenting convincing argumentation for our product offerings, value propositions and price positioning.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills and proven effectiveness in small and large team environments.
- Demonstrated success in leadership of diverse teams and individuals (geographic, cultural, and disciplinary).
- Strong analytical capability (technical, financial, and statistical).
