Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
We are seeking a creative and motivated Operations Intern to join our team in the biopharmaceutical industry. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates who are looking to gain hands-on experience in automation and continuous improvement within an innovative environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creating automation procedures to improve visibility of key process performance indicators (KPIs) within the global supply chain.
- Collaborating with Production and Quality teams to identify documentation gaps and revise/update documentation where required.
- Engaging with Purchasing team to identify improvement opportunities in documentation for supplier surveys and supplier business reviews. Revising/updating documentation where required.
- Collaborating with Operations team as part of forecasting process improvement to identify if there are opportunities to use automation to increase productivity.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proficient in creation of robotic process automation (RPA) procedures to leverage automation to increase productivity of employees.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
