- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers within production and operations
- Drive employee engagement and support culture-building initiatives
- Lead HR programs including onboarding, performance support, offboarding, and employee data integrity
- Manage HR systems, benefits administration, leave coordination, and compliance processes
- Provide first-line support for managerial inquiries, escalating complex matters appropriately
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders to align talent strategies with business objectives
- Proven ability to partner with diverse client groups, ideally in operational, production and manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and systems/process management
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills—confident, clear, and empathetic
- Adept at balancing strategic insight with hands-on support across core HR functions
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field with
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience or equivalent combination of education and experience and a manufacturing environment
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR legal, compliance, and best practices applied to business scenarios.
- Proven business partner experience aligning HR strategies with business goals.
- Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and focus on results.
- Skilled in managing complex projects, leading initiatives, and facilitating training.
- Experience with HRIS, HR analytics, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence at all levels.
- Experienced in employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Professional, approachable, maintains confidentiality and tact
- Bilingual preferred- Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Tagalog
