Service Administration Specialist with French

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Join our Backoffice Team in Service Administration to provide vital support in French and help ensure smooth operations?

Your tasks:
  • Process service orders efficiently in SAP, ensuring quality and completeness of technician reports,
  • Manage invoicing for services, repairs, and installations to guarantee timely and accurate billing,
  • Maintain customer and device data in CRM based on inputs from technicians and customers,
  • Collaborate with business partners across supported countries,
  • Ensure high-quality, professional daily service activities within agreed KPIs,
  • Handle complete and timely electronic archiving of all relevant documents,
  • Prepare service administration statistics and reports.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 1-2 years of professional experience in Backoffice roles📩, 
  • Very good command of English (min. B2),
  • Good knowledge of French (B2 level is a must), 
  • Strong skills in MS Office, 
  • Quick learner with excellent attention to detail🔎,
  • High customer focus, ensuring service quality and timely delivery.
