Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
As an Assistant in Accounting (f/m/d) you will be supporting AR Team in daily accounting duties and month-end closing activities of various reporting units.
Your responsibilities:
- Contact customers regarding the settlement of overdue receivables in different languages,
- Attaching emails in SAP
- Checking if the customer’s orders have been released
- Daily contact with the customers to clear their accounts and solve the problems
- Processing emails on generic mailboxes
- Daily contact with different business areas
- Educational background in Accounting, Finance & Banking, Economics or related field (preferred),
- Proficiency in English (min. C1),
- Ability to work 20 hours per week,
- Numerical and analytical skills and attention to details,
- Very good planning and organizing skills to be able to meet tight deadlines,
- Good communication skills.
This will be you extra asset:
- Knowledge of SAP,
- Other language e.g. French.
- Civil contract (umowa zlecenie).
- Working in an international environment.
