- Sell and renew service contracts via outbound and inbound campaigns.
- Qualify and nurture leads, moving them through the sales cycle to close.
- Manage opportunities and data in CRM (SAP) to track pipeline progress.
- Collaborate with field sales and service teams to meet customer needs.
- Achieve targets for sales revenue, productivity, and conversion rates.
- Deliver excellent service to increase customer retention and satisfaction
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2–3 years in sales, marketing, or customer service.
- Proven outbound call center or telesales experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Experience with SAP or CRM systems a plus.
