Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
- Supports business owners to ensure fast and efficient customer order fulfilment
- Liaison between Regional Back Office, Sales teams
- Unit specialist in Order Fulfillment process for SAM and SVC
- Selected order processing and quote maintenance
- Order resolution and management until billing
Return order management
- Actively pursue continuous process improvement to the PO to STO process as well as ARMs process
Mandatory: - Diploma/Degree in a professional discipline
- Prior experience in similar capacity or in customer service/support functions
Preferred:- Experienced with SAP
- Good commercial or business process knowledge
- Fixed 1.5-month contractual bonus
