Service Administration Specialist with French (all genders)

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

We are looking for a Service Administration Specialist with French (all genders) to join our Back-office Team.

Your tasks:
  • Service contracts administration,
  • Effective quote processing in SAP based on the agreement with the customer,
  • Customer e-mail enquiries related to contract renewal,
  • Cooperation with business partners in countries supported by the team,
  • Securing high quality and professional day to day service activities within agreed KPI's,
  • Ensure complete and timely electronic archiving for all relevant documents.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Previous experience in similar role,
  • Very good knowledge of French (min. B2 level),
  • Very good knowledge of English,
  • Well-developed MS Office skills,
  • Quick perception and excellent attention to detail,
That would be your additional asset:
  • Knowledge of SAP or other CRM .

The recruitment process consists of the following steps:
  • CV selection – we contact selected candidates
  • Phone screening with a recruiter (approx. 15 min)
  • Initial interview with the Manager or technical Expert (video conference, approx. 1 hour)
