• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or related field
• Experience in HR Shared Services or HR Operations (2 -3 years)
• Hands-on expertise in Workday Core HCM (organizational management, jobs, positions)
• Strong Excel and reporting skills; Power BI or Power Automate is an advantage
• Proven ability in data analysis, trend identification, and HR metrics reporting
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work across time zones and support global stakeholders
• Highly detail-oriented with strong data accuracy and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable with evolving scope and adapting to new HR activities assigned globally
