- Qualifying database via phone & email
- Updating CRM Database
- Find leads through phone communication, create leads in CRM, and assign leads to the correct sales
- Support & execute planned TM campaigns or support event campaigns
- Minimum requirement is a Bachelor's or Diploma degree in any major; however, a technical background such as chemical, electrical, or related fields is considered a plus.
- English is a must (reading & listening)
- Strong communication skill
- Persuasive in information gathering and management
- Result-driven
- Self-motivated with a good working attitude
- Background in the manufacturing industry is a plus
- Experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or data surveyor is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
