Summer 2026 Internships - All Majors Welcome!

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Each summer, our company welcomes sophomores and juniors (anticipated graduation dates between December 2026 - May 2028) for a first-hand look into our company. Our interns study a variety of majors, and work in departments across the organization, taking on projects that have long-term impact on our business. Joining us as a summer intern in 2026, you may work within a number of different teams, including:
  • Finance and Accounting
  • Marketing
  • Supply Chain/Operations
  • Engineering
  • Digital Training/eLearning
  • Video Production
  • Business Analytics 
  • Lab Testing (Analytical Chemistry)
  • Legal
  • IT
  • Communications
  • And more!
You will have the opportunity to indicate your interest in one or more specific internship positions if you are contacted by a recruiter for an interview.  

We welcome students attending local four-year colleges/universities, or who do not attend school locally but plan to stay in the Columbus area for the summer, as our internship program is in-person.  Please note that we do not provide relocation or housing assistance at this time. 

To be eligible for this internship, you must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring any employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. This includes CPT, OPT, F-1, J-1, H-1B, or any other employment-based visa. 

What You Need to Succeed

  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university (anticipated graduation date between December 2026 - May 2028)
  • Proficient-to-advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Effective public speaking skills, and the ability to communicate well in writing
  • Driven to complete quality work, sound decision making skills, and time management skills
  • Initiative/self-motivation and creativity
