- Service contracts administration,
- Effective quote processing in SAP based on the agreement with the customer,
- Customer e-mail enquiries related to contract renewal,
- Cooperation with business partners in countries supported by the team,
- Securing high quality and professional day to day service activities within agreed KPI's,
- Ensure complete and timely electronic archiving for all relevant documents.
- 2-3 years' professional experience in similar positions (would be an asset),
- Very good knowledge of Spanish (min. B2 level),
- Very good knowledge of English (min. B2 level)
- Well-developed MS Office skills,
- Quick perception, excellent attention to detail
- High customer orientation and focus on service quality and timeliness,
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system (would be an asset).
