- Product launches. Coordination as appropriated of several activities related to: launching events (virtual/face-to-face), training plans and calendar (materials/contents), product demos, pricing and promotional actions among others.
- Development of seminars, trainings and product demonstrations eGTC, eDemo.
- Monitor de success of launched sales and marketing activities and work closely with sales teams and partners globally to provide guidance to prepare successful campaigns and activities.
- Offer second level Technical and Application Support as required, managing partners/sales force requests and contacting with our Competence Center/factories as required.
- Strategic business analysis.
- Monitor sales evolution by product, segment, region of specific related KPI’s.
- University degree related to Chemistry which ensure a solid Chemistry academic background.
- At least 2 years on a related sales/customer support role on a B2B environment with technical laboratory products/solutions. Experience on managing distributors/dealers is highly desirable.
- IT skills, fluent on Microsoft Office.
- Fully available for travelling (20%) internationally.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, proactivity, highly involved and committed to find solutions to partners.
- Fluent in Spanish and English. Other language skills are highly valued (French, German,etc.).
- Located in Barcelona.
