Senior Customer Support Specialist

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities


As a Senior Customer Support Specialist you will be responsible for supporting US and Canadian market by processing orders, monitoring and ensuring all orders are processed by team members accurately and efficiently, as well as, providing excellent customer service to our clients. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring team members and generating reports to the manager.

Due to supporting US and Canadian market, you will work 100% remotely (AFTER THE INTRODUCTORY PERIOD) and working hours will cover: 13:15-21:30 (UCT+2).

Your responsibilities;

  • Ensure that orders are processed accurately and efficiently by team members,
  • Train and mentor team members as needed,
  • Assist in entering customer orders accurately and efficiently into the system,
  • Processes pre-authorization of credit card charges,
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy,
  • Backup for on-line order distribution (partnershop),
  • Process Quotes, complaints, goods return, and credits,
  • Providing support for Customers by emails and phone to all inquiries in the areas of pricing, product availability, basic product specifications, complaints, parts identification, order status, sales leads,
  • Work closely with our sales and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Min. 2 years of experience in a Customer Service role or in a similar one, 
  • Proficient English skills (speaking and writing),
  • Multitasking skills, 
  • Well-developed mentoring skills, 
  • Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail,
  • SAP knowledge would be an asset,
  • Knowledge of the US market would be an asset.
