- Handle customer inquiries,
- Create and update service contracts upon customer or technician request (working with other departments if required),
- Manage and update customer data in the system based on information delivered by technicians or customers,
- Invoice of services and contract, ensure timely and accurate billing to customers,
- Ensure complete and timely electronic archiving for all relevant documents.
- Min. 2 years of professional experience in a similar position,
- Very good knowledge of German and English (C1 level),
- Well-developed MS Office skills,
- Quick perception, excellent attention to detail,
- Ability to work according to clearly defined rules,
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system (would be an asset).
