- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding contract-related questions and issue.
- Monitor and ensure all renewal quote send out to customer 2 months earlier than contract start date.
- Perform changes on renewal contract quotes when necessary.
- Provide support to Field service sales on KA contract maintenance on changes and update.
- Ensure meeting Renewal Contract Profitability KPI. To identify contracts which require upsell or improve profit, then amend the quote and send to customer, plus align with Renewal team.
- Power user for service contract - to perform UAT when there is needed and attend monthly call to keep team up to date on the latest enhancement features to improve work efficiency.
- Perform contract data cleansing activities according to contract policy.
- Iobject, Ibase data creation and maintenance according to data governance policy.
- Understanding of the life cycle related service offering and SSP Pricing maintenance.
- Support on customer questionnaires/form request.
- Manage and execute ad hoc projects related to contract management or customer service as assigned, ensuring timely completion and effective results.
- At least a Diploma, Advance Diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years working experience, preferably in Customer Support
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
